Adjustable welding roller rack is mainly used for welding, cutting, grinding, polishing, shot blasting and assembly of circular cylinders. The Centre-to-centre distance of rollers can be adjusted to adapt to cylinders with different diameters. There are two types of adjustable welding roller racks available: screw adjustable and screw adjustable. The rollers can be made of steel rubber combination rollers, polyurethane wheels, and steel wheels. They can also be equipped with walking mechanisms and anti channeling mechanisms according to process requirements. The rotation speed of the rollers is variable frequency and stepless adjustable, controlled by a cordless remote control, which has the advantages of practicality, reliability, smooth rotation, and easy operation.
If there are special requirements, various non-standard welding roller racks can be customized.
