CPC is a sandwich structural composite plate similar to CMC, the core material is molybdenum-copper alloy, usually Mo70Cu30, but also other combinations such as Mo50Cu50. CPC material has better thermal conductivity than CMC.
The CPC layer thickness ratio can also be adjusted to obtain different coefficients of thermal expansion. The expansion coefficient of CMC in the X and Y directions is the same, but the expansion coefficient in the X and Y directions of CPC is adjustable, which is due to the adjustable deformation of molybdenum particles in the core material molybdenum copper. CPC can be stamped.
Our CPC process has cost efficiency and good quality, and we currently supply all the RF device backplanes of Huawei 5G base stations. The application field of CPC is rapidly expanding to replace oxygen-free copper baseplates.
